Counties, municipalities, and other public agencies can reduce operational losses and address deferred maintenance backlogs through cost-effective investments in building energy efficiency. This webinar features building energy experts Robert Nemeth and Todd Rusk, from the Smart Energy Design Assistance Center (SEDAC). The speakers will present case studies on energy efficiency projects at a variety of building types, in order to describe how to get started on planning for improvements and how to integrate those improvements with the capital planning process. The presentation will also include discussion on financial approaches that may allow for investment and savings, even when available capital is highly constrained.
