In the spirit of Earth Day, the Student Sustainability Committee (SSC) will be hosting a “Green the Quad” event out on Anniversary Plaza from 10:00 am – 4:00 pm on 4/22/2021. Other organizations and groups that will be present include: Facilities & Services (F&S) Sustainability, Illini Union Green Team, From the Ground Up, Illinois Student Government Sustainability, Resilience, & Environmental Justice, Red Bison, and the Institute for Sustainability, Energy, and Environment (iSEE). Come out to learn more about all the different sustainability initiatives happening on campus! There will be plenty of eco-friendly freebies to be had 🙂
