On November 16, 2017 join the University of Illinois in a celebration of GIS Day, the annual salute to geospatial technology and its power to transform and improve our lives. This year there will be an abridged version of this annual event which primarily focuses on the contribution of our students to GIScience, geovisulization, and geospatial technology. The event includes a map/poster competition at the Core of newly renovated Natural History Building.
