Kimchi is a fermented food, rich in Vitamins A and B that helps boost gut health. Made with cabbage, peppers, scallions, and a blend of spices, kimchi is high in antioxidants and minerals like calcium and iron. Anna will take us through the steps to make this Korean superfood, and everyone will walk out with their own jar!
