Local business Common Ground Food Co-op will be giving a presentation on what it means to be a cooperative business (i.e. – a business owned and run by its members) and how it impacts the CU community. Common Ground will also be discussing its sustainable practices, connections to 60 local farms, their cultural cuisine classes, and how students and community members can get involved!
